Summary

On December 6, 2017, at approximately 10:28 p.m., [redacted] was inside a store called "Harmony" at 165 Eighth Avenue in Manhattan. The employees did not want her inside the store and they called 911. As [redacted] was leaving the store, PO Daniel Sendrowski of the 10th Precinct allegedly asked her to wait with other officers while he spoke to the store employees (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
