Summary

On December 5, 2017, at approximately 7:30 p.m., [redacted] went to the 40th Precinct stationhouse accompanied by her friend [redacted] wanted to file a complaint that her ex-boyfriend violated an order of protection by following her in a vehicle. [redacted] spoke to PO Fred Jones of the 40th Precinct. PO Jones allegedly said to [redacted] "How can you be so fucking stupid to not call the fucking cops?"
