On December 22, 2017 at approximately 1:02AM, [redacted] walked to [redacted] in the Bronx, where he encountered his friends, [redacted] and "Young." An unmarked vehicle pulled over and three officers, including Police Officer Adam Cordero and Lieutenant Eric Dym, both of PSA7, exited the vehicle. An officer stopped [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Lt. Dym then allegedly frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
