On November 16, 2017, at approximately 7: 00 PM, [redacted] was driving alone on Farragut Road in Brooklyn when she was stopped by Police Officer Ioana Matiuta and Lieutenant Joseph Shirvis of the 69th Precinct. Police Officer Stephanie Toussaint and Police Officer Brandon Agosto of the 69th Precinct also arrived on scene.
