In the early morning on an unknown date in October 2017, [redacted] went to the 28th Precinct stationhouse with the intention of getting information about a complaint she had filed at the precinct. [redacted] was directed to PO Creel Brown, of the 28th Precinct, who was behind the desk. After a few minutes, PO Brown asked [redacted] to stop cursing in the stationhouse, after which the two began to argue.
