On December 30, 2017, [redacted] received a phone call from Detective Allan Offley of the 42nd Precinct Detective Squad, wherein she alleged that Det. Offley used the word "fuck," numerous times during the phone call, and specifically stated, "[The NYPD] don't fucking lock people up for aggravated harassment," and, "[The 42nd Precinct] is fucking tired of you" (Allegation A; Discourtesy, unsubstantiated).
