On January 12, 2018, at approximately 10:37 p.m., [redacted] was placed in handcuffs inside of [redacted], in the Bronx. As PO Francine Delvalle conducted a field search of [redacted] she told [redacted] "Don't fucking kick me, bitch" and she used her hand to push [redacted] head back (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]; Allegation B: Offensive Language, [redacted]; Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]). During the field search, [redacted] struck PO Delvalle and in response, PO Delvalle punched [redacted] (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]).
