On January 23, 2018, [redacted] and his friend, [redacted] were in the vicinity of [redacted] in Staten Island when [redacted] was allegedly stopped by PO Salvatore Mannino and PO Geovani Sanchez of the 120th Precinct Anti-Crime Team (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
