On January 29, 2018, at approximately 7:39 p.m., PO Ashley Griffith and PO Gerber Lizardo, of the 77th Precinct, stopped [redacted] and [redacted] in front of 831 Lincoln Place, in Brooklyn (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
