Summary

[redacted] and his ex-girlfriend, [redacted] are involved in a custody dispute over their [redacted]-old son, [redacted]. At 5:03 p.m. on January 24, 2018, [redacted] and her mother, [redacted] called 911 to report that [redacted]'s mother, [redacted] was refusing to let her pick up her son from [redacted]'s apartment, [redacted] in Queens. PO Scott Schiralli and PO Andrew Amoroso of the 109th Precinct arrived on scene and spoke with [redacted]'s roommate, [redacted] who was home alone at the time. PO Schiralli and PO Amoroso entered the apartment, but did not locate [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
