Summary

Prior to this incident, [redacted] had been involved in a vehicle collision. Teterycz threatened to arrest [redacted] if she did not leave the stationhouse (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – Threat of arrest, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] then left the stationhouse.
