On an unknown date in November of 2017, at approximately 2:00 p.m., [redacted] was at the 114th Precinct stationhouse following up on a criminal complaint when Police Officer Jessica Ricotta and Sergeant John Christopoulos of that command allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] and to each other in [redacted]'s presence (Allegations A and B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Ricotta allegedly threatened [redacted] with arrest and forcible removal from the stationhouse (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
