On January 25, 2016, at approximately 4:30pm, after leading PO Omar Elsayed, PO Michael Venditti, and Sgt. Felix Concepcion, all of the 121st Precinct, on a vehicle pursuit for several blocks, [redacted] crashed his vehicle into a parked vehicle near the intersection of Lake Avenue and Wenlock Street, in Staten Island. When [redacted] exited his vehicle and ran up Wenlock Street, he was allegedly pulled down to the ground by PO Venditti (Allegation A; Force, [redacted]).
