Summary

Sgt. Borruso stated that PO Pastran and PO Erickson conducted a car stop in front of [redacted] in Staten Island. During the stop, the officers smelled marijuana and ordered the driver, [redacted] out of the vehicle. While leaving, [redacted] reached into his pocket and the officers grabbed his arm and conducted a forcible takedown.
