Sgt. Borruso stated that PO Pastran and PO Erickson conducted a car stop in front of [redacted] in Staten Island. During the stop, the officers smelled marijuana and ordered the driver, [redacted] out of the vehicle. While leaving, [redacted] reached into his pocket and the officers grabbed his arm and conducted a forcible takedown. Once he was handcuffed, [redacted] complained of abdominel pain due to a surgery two weeks ago, that was re-injured during the takedown. [redacted] was removed to [redacted] and was treated.
