On January 20, 2018, at approximately 6 p.m., Det. David Camacho and Det. Mayky Santos of Bronx Narcotics arrested [redacted] at Franklin Avenue and East 166 Street in the Bronx. Det. Camacho grabbed [redacted] around his body in a bear hug and pulled him to the ground (Allegation A – Force, [redacted]). Det.
