On April 2, 2018, at approximately 11:00 AM, Det. Ronald Scrimenti of the 104th Precinct Detective Squad and PO Gladys Vasquez of the 104th Precinct Domestic Violence Unit visited [redacted] in Queens, the home of [redacted] and her parents, [redacted] and [redacted] in order to investigate allegations of elder abuse. When [redacted] asked Det. Scrimenti and PO Vazquez to identify themselves, the officers allegedly refused to provide their names (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
