On April 1, 2018, at approximately 9:15 p.m., [redacted] was driving [redacted] home from the Jamaica Center - Parsons Archer Subway Station in Queens. [redacted] is a [redacted] Police Officer Lance Walter and Police Officer Christina Anderson, both of the 103rd Precinct, stopped [redacted] vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Walter called a 10-85 over the radio, and multiple officers from the 103rd Precinct responded to the scene. PO Walter and PO Anderson pointed their guns at [redacted] King, Jr. (Allegation C: Force, [redacted] Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). An officer spoke discourteously to [redacted] King, Jr. and [redacted] (Allegation E: Discourtesy, officer [redacted]).
