Summary

On March 29, 2018, at approximately 5:10 a.m., Detective Jovaniel Cordova of the Warrants Section entered [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Cordova allegedly told [redacted] to "get on the fucking floor" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Det. Cordova ran towards [redacted] brought him down to the ground, and punched him five to six times on the left side of his face (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). Detective Patrick Dooley of the Warrants Section assisted Det. Cordova in physically restraining [redacted] (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). Detective Jason Sanchez-Escobar of the Warrants Section allegedly told [redacted] to "back the fuck up" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). After Det. Sanchez-Escobar and Detective Greg Desidiri of the Warrants Section placed [redacted] in a police vehicle, Det.
