On March 3, 2018, at approximately 4:24 p.m., [redacted] was pulled over in front of [redacted] in Staten Island by PO Robert Dominicci, PO Vincent Giuliano and PO Robert Martino of the 120th Precinct (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
