On March 6, 2018, at approximately 6:32 p.m., [redacted] was in the lobby of [redacted] in Staten Island. PO Salvatore Mannino and PO Geovani Sanchez of the 120th Precinct entered the lobby. PO Mannino allegedly said to [redacted] "Let me search you. Do you have anything?” (Allegation A and B – Abuse of Authority: [redacted] and, "You want to be a dick?" (Allegation C – Discourtesy: [redacted] PO Sanchez obtained [redacted] identification and checked for warrants.
