Summary

On April 14, 2018, at approximately 3:30 a.m., [redacted] and [redacted] exited Zamaan Bar and Restaurant, located at 349 Broadway in Brooklyn. While standing by the bar door, [redacted] engaged in an argument with another bar patron. Lt. Omar Birchwood, PO Nicole Piridis, PO Nelson Escobar and other officers of the 90th Precinct responded to the scene and arrested [redacted]. Lt. Birchwood told [redacted] "Get the fuck out of here," and pushed her (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted] Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). In addition, Lt.
