On April 10, 2018, at approximately 2:30 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were driving in the vicinity of 29th Avenue and Utopia Parkway in Queens, when their vehicle was stopped by Police Officers Sean Buchanan and Eric Iocco of the 111th Precinct.
