Summary

At approximately 2:44 a.m. on April 12, 2017, [redacted] drove out of a gas station on 65th Street and 8th Avenue in Brooklyn and sped past a traffic light, which was green at the time. A marked police vehicle pulled over [redacted] Is vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Vehicle Stop - [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, Vehicle Stop - [redacted])). Two officers, Police Officer Philip Mei and Police Officer Mark Zimmerman of the 68th Precinct, approached [redacted] Is vehicle and Police Officer Mei told [redacted] that he was speeding. [redacted] provided his license to the officers and they returned to the police vehicle.
