On May 8th, 2018, at approximately 7:00AM, Police Officer Christopher Furegno of the 73rd Precinct entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn. (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). At the time of the incident, [redacted] and [redacted] all lived in [redacted].
A copy of the search warrant for [redacted] was requested by PO Furegno, and was issued by the Honorable [redacted] on [redacted] (BR01). The warrant authorized officers to enter and search [redacted] in Brooklyn.
