On April 30, 2018, at about 11:40 a.m., [redacted] was in front of [redacted] in Queens, when he was allegedly stopped by Detective Anthony Wright of the 104th Precinct, accompanied by PO Jeffrey Mark and Louis Marinacci, also of the 104th Precinct (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Stop, [redacted]).
