On May 4, 2018 in the evening, [redacted] went to the 61st Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn to file a police report about someone slashing her car's tires. She spoke to PO Steve Fleischhauer of the 61st Precinct, who argued with her and told her she could not file a police report. [redacted] later called 311 and learned that she should have been able to file a report.
On May 5, 2018, at approximately 6:45 p.m., [redacted] returned to the stationhouse with her friend, [redacted] PO Fleischhauer came from within the stationhouse and began arguing with her again.
