On May 12, 2018, at approximately 10:15 a.m., PO Vincent Persaud and PO Christine Narsingh, of the 101st Precinct, stopped [redacted]s vehicle at the intersection of Beach 20th Street and Seagirt Boulevard in Queens. After requesting [redacted]s license, registration, and insurance information, PO Persaud returned to his vehicle and wrote [redacted] a summons for not having distinctive license plates.
