Summary

On May 18, 2018, at 7:46 p.m., in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Schenectady Avenue in Brooklyn, Police Officer Matthew Grady and Police Officer Shawn Guertin, both of the 77th Precinct, stopped [redacted]s vehicle.
