On May 3, 2018, at approximately 1:00 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were working at the [redacted] on Randall's Island in Manhattan. Three officers, including Det. David Ross of the 23rd Precinct, Det. Michael McCurty of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, and PO David DiBenedetto of the 24th Precinct were assigned to a footpost near [redacted] and [redacted]. After complimenting [redacted]s work at the fair, Det. McCurty allegedly stated that she had a "nice smile" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det.
