On April 25, 2018, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Sgt. Byung Cho informed [redacted] that she would be arrested in front of [redacted] in Queens (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). During their conversation, Sgt. Cho threatened to remove [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
