Summary

On June 25, 2018, at approximately 2:00 p.m. [redacted] and her son, [redacted] went to the MTA headquarters building located at 130 Livingston Street in Brooklyn. [redacted] went upstairs while [redacted] remained downstairs. [redacted] was brought downstairs by security. Police Officer Trennet Epps and Fatima Wooden of the 84th Precinct responded. [redacted] became very upset, hysterical and screamed repeatedly. PO Epps said, "You can walk out here nice, or you can walk out in cuffs," (Allegation A-Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Police Officer Epps said, "Ya'll both want to go down?" Because I'm getting really irritated with the both of ya'll" (within Allegation A and Allegation B, [redacted]). Police Officer Wooden and Police Officer Epps told [redacted] and [redacted] that if they did not leave, they would help them leave (Allegations C and D-Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The officers handcuffed [redacted] and escorted her out of the building. [redacted] was placed in a police vehicle where she awaited the arrival of an ambulance.
