On June 29, 2018, at approximately 4:47 p.m., in the vicinity of East 177th Street and East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx, Police Officers Andrew Cummings and Nicholas Mahuad of the 48th Precinct stopped a vehicle in which [redacted] and an unidentified woman were occupants.
