On March 13, 2018, at approximately 9:32 p.m., [redacted] spoke with Det. Sherwin Ifill of the 61 Precinct Detective Squad at the 61st Precinct stationhouse regarding his criminal complaint. Det. Ifill told [redacted] "We don't cater to faggots. Now get the hell out of here" (Allegation A: Offensive Language, [redacted]). [redacted] was escorted down the stairs and he left.
On an unknown date in June, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Det. Ifill called [redacted] and told him, "shut the fuck up," and called him a "faggot," and a "fucking idiot" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted] Allegation C: Offensive Language, [redacted]). Det. Ifill also told [redacted] "We don't cater to faggots" (subsumed within allegation C).
