On June 13, 2018, at approximately 1:03 p.m., [redacted] was shopping at Modell's Sporting Goods, located at 131 East 125th Street in Manhattan. [redacted] was suspected of shoplifting and PO Tronnette Jenkins and PO Troycarra Powers, both of the 25th Precinct, arrived at the location.
