On July 2, 2018, at approximately 6:40 p.m., in the subway station of 149th Street and 3rd Avenue in the Bronx, PO Keynes Peña and PO Abu Hassan observed [redacted] enter the subway without paying a fare. PO Peña and PO Hassan approached [redacted] and as they were running a warrant check on him, [redacted] ran away.
