On July 6, 2018, at approximately 4:20 p.m., PO Michael York and PO Patrick Burnett, of the 79th Precinct, stopped [redacted] in front of the NYCHA Tompkins houses at 212 Throop Avenue, in Brooklyn, for purchasing narcotics in a hand-to-hand transaction. PO York used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Burnett struck [redacted] with his asp (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). PO York and PO Burnett failed to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO York allegedly refused to provide medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
At the 79th Precinct stationhouse, PO York and PO Burnett refused to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegations F and G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
