On July 19, 2018, at approximately 4:10 p.m., [redacted] was in his apartment at [redacted] in Brooklyn when he called 911 for a noise complaint. [redacted] is involved in an ongoing landlord-tenant dispute involving multiple noise complaints against his upstairs neighbor. Police Officer David Brady and Police Officer Nicholas Romanelli, both of the 70th Precinct, responded to the building and spoke to [redacted] through his open apartment door. PO Brady allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). The officers left the building.
