Summary

On July 24, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., [redacted] entered St. Nicholas Park in Manhattan. Police Officer Billendy Delinois and Police Officer Ian DeAbreu, both of the 26th Precinct, told [redacted] that the park was closed. Police Officer Delinois and Police Officer DeAbreu used physical force against [redacted] by grabbing his wrists and taking him to the ground (Allegations A and B – Force – Physical Force, [redacted]). While [redacted] was on the ground, Police Officer Delinois allegedly put his knee on [redacted]'s head, which allegedly restricted [redacted]'s breathing (Allegation C – Force – Restricted breathing, [redacted]).
