Summary

On August 4, 2018, at approximately 7:00 p.m., [redacted] was driving in his vehicle in the vicinity of Union Street and Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, when he was stopped by PO Fazle Tanim of the 78th Precinct. PO Tanim informed [redacted] that he was stopped for running a red light. After writing a summons in his vehicle, PO Tanim returned to [redacted] Is vehicle. During a conversation concerning the summons issued to [redacted] PO Tanim allegedly stated to him, "What the fuck are you talking about?"
