On July 21, 2018, at about 5:17 a.m., Sgt. Robert Martinez entered the front yard of [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Martinez stopped [redacted] (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Martinez told [redacted] "Motherfucker, you're not going nowhere.
