At approximately 11:30 p.m. on August 8, 2018, [redacted] and [redacted] were arrested for robbery at the intersection of East 174th Street and Southern Boulevard in the Bronx. As the four prisoners were being loaded into a marked prisoner van, [redacted] approached the officers who were escorting them. [redacted] was nine months pregnant at the time. She identified herself as [redacted] Is girlfriend and asked if she could take custody of his house keys while he was under arrest. Police Officer Christopher Radzinski of the 42nd Precinct stood in front of [redacted] to prevent her from approaching [redacted] He allegedly pushed [redacted] back twice (Allegation A: Force – Physical force, [redacted]). The officers then removed the four prisoners from the location. [redacted] traveled in person to the 42nd Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint against Police Officer Radzinski.
