On August 30, 2018, at approximately 7:22 p.m., in front of the McDonald's located at 1531 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, Sergeant Emile Pratt and Police Officer Arnold Chow of the 79th Precinct dispersed a group of disorderly students. Sgt. Pratt approached [redacted] pushed him, and then restrained him against the wall of the McDonald's (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). After Sgt.
