On August 31, 2018, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Sergeant Diego Dotres of the 108th Precinct responded to [redacted] in Queens after being requested by employees of a social service agency. Sgt. Dotres threatened to damage [redacted]s front door (Allegation A-Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
