On September 18, 2018, at approximately 7:10 a.m., at [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] was working as a security guard when Police Officer Joseph Wendler and Detective Michael Mainolfi, both of Emergency Services Unit Squad 6, approached the security gate and spoke to [redacted]. PO Wendler allegedly told [redacted] "Open the fucking gate" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated), "I'll lock your black ass up" (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation C: Offensive Language, unsubstantiated) and "Go to the fucking dentist" (within Allegation A).
