On September 13, 2018, at approximately 12:57 a.m., [redacted] s vehicle was stopped for alleged reckless driving in front of 1444 Park Place in Brooklyn by Sergeant Kevin McCarthy, Police Officer Steven Rupnick, and Police Officer Umar Khitab, all of the 77th Precinct.
