On September 14, 2018, at approximately 10:30 p.m., in the vicinity of 533 Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn, Police Officers Lean Batson and Nicholas DiRico of the 70th Precinct stopped a vehicle in which [redacted] was an occupant. PO Batson issued [redacted] three vehicle and traffic violation summonses and one disorderly conduct summons (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
