Summary

On September 23, 2018, at approximately 12:15 a.m., [redacted] drove her vehicle along Ditmas Avenue between Dorset Street and 86th Street in Brooklyn when she was stopped by PO Michael Sidorskiy and PO Eric Cavallo of Patrol Borough Brooklyn South's Auto Crimes Unit (Allegations A and B: Abuse of authority, [redacted]). Officers approached [redacted] Is vehicle. She asked PO Sidorskiy for his name, but he refused to provide it (Allegation C: Abuse of authority, [redacted] 1). PO Sidorskiy told [redacted] that she was pulled over due to her criminal history. He told [redacted] to step out of the vehicle before telling PO Cavallo to search her vehicle. PO Sidorskiy and [redacted] went to the back of her vehicle as PO Cavallo searched the vehicle (Allegation D: Abuse of authority, [redacted] 1). PO Sidorskiy searched the trunk of [redacted]s vehicle (Allegation E: Abuse of authority, [redacted] 1).
