On September 24, 2018, at approximately 12:15 P.M., [redacted] went to the 13th Precinct stationhouse to have a complaint report amended regarding an unknown person entering her home while she was not there. [redacted] spoke with PAA [redacted] who filed the original report and refused to amend it. Several officers surrounded [redacted] and told her the report would not be changed. [redacted] heard PO Jason Martinoff allegedly tell another officer, "She's an asshole" (Allegation A, Discourtesy: Unsubstantiated). When [redacted] reiterated to PO Martinoff that she wanted to amend her complaint report, PO Martinoff told an officer at the command desk, "Call the ambulance." PO Martinoff then told [redacted] that an ambulance was on the way and that she would be hospitalized (Allegation B, Abuse of Authority: Exonerated).
