On March 23, 2018, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Police Officer Jose Velasquez, Police Officer Moises Roman, Police Officer Miguel Leon, Police Officer Bill Frawley, Lieutenant Joseph Cornier, and Police Officer Anthony Misuraca, of the 102nd Precinct, arrived at the [redacted] in Queens in regards to a dispute taking place between [redacted] and a group of firefighters.
