On October 21, 2018, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] was waiting at the bus stop located at Flatbush Avenue and Pacific Street in Brooklyn. A bus stopped for [redacted] but the bus driver told her that he could not pick up handicapped persons at the location. [redacted] called 911 to make a complaint. PO Denisse Pacheco and Detective Mohtsham Yousaf, of the 78th Precinct, responded.
